I went through several parts of the code and nothing looks unusual so far. The extension is built around React. React uses the browser history to navigate between components. If the source code wasn't available, I would be much more cautious about those warnings. It is, so I'm not.

If Kadauchi never would have said anything, myself and I am sure a lot of other people would have tried the tool as is, not even knowing we were putting our accounts on the line. To me it doesn't seem worth the risk trusting people without a history in the community

The concept is appealing, but it will take some work both fiddling with the configuration and maintaining the exclusion lists to the point of making this "automatic" tool a lot of work. Without constant work your queue will just fill up with mediocre HITs that you probably don't want to do.
