idk if it will help you, but I made little like rests with rice in bags (like the kind you stick in the freezer to put on a booboo) and use them to elevate my elbows/wrists when they start getting all bonky. More for repetitive use injury than tendinitis, though I guess they might be the same thing-ish?

I have a mouse pad with a wrist rest thingy which does help, but I'll definitely try doing something for my elbow too. Thanks

the only thing that's gonna fix it is surgery, but I'm not a doctor. sounds like more of carpal tunnel syndrome

the first time I went to the dr for it she said it might be necessary because of how bad it was. But I can't afford to take a break from mturk to do that
