Help teach an AI to play an Atari game

We will give you a game that we are trying to teach an AI how to play. We will ask you to complete a task that will aid the AI in learning to play the game.

^^^the task actually doesn't appear to have anything to do with the description. There's an article posted, with a highlighted paragraph. Then at the bottom it gives an option to choose "yes/no" then "please explain your answer" ...but there is no question! I thought maybe it wasn't compatible with mobile so i tried on the pc and it still doesn't show a question. Anyone see this have any idea the question?

i'd contact the requestor. seems like there's a nice broken survey out there.
