so apparently I don't have tendinitis, I have a pinched nerve in my elbow and something wrong with my shoulder but the dr isn't sure what. So I got 2 shots, some meds called in, and have to get an elbow brace thing tomorrow. but for now turking is excruciating but I have to because money.

We have a tendency to roll our shoulders forward too often (hunching over, working on the computer, looking down at our phones). Unless you are working out and strengthening your back muscles, things have a tendency to get out of whack.

Try these shoulder exercises. When I started them I was in a lot of pain with limited range of motion. I did them multiple times a day and used a light weight (2lb). My shoulder made A LOT of noise; clicking and pops. After a couple months of doing these I haven't had pain for over a year. I still do them weekly. I think it helps align your shoulder back into the socket correctly, strengthens the back of your shoulder muscles and opens up your chest. Exercises to strengthen your back muscles help too because the pec muscles are stronger and contribute to the shoulder rolling forward.

Yoga helps too.

Not a doctor, but these helped and the Doc's are no longer threatening surgery (that is highly unlikely to resolve the issue)

Well I would've but they tore that bridge down before I was in high-school and built a bigger weirder one that you can't jump off of easily so I'll just never know what it's like. MY LIFE IS IN RUINS.
