I hope not for that price...Did you work on the street corner?
60 degrees. [big sigh]
Still less demeaning than turking.Did you work on the street corner?
I would only be worried if you start losing weight rapidly. How you gonna pull some shady [MOD EDIT] shit like that?
I don't know if it will do any good, but I would report that requester to Amazon. Or write him an email first explaining how he's an [MOD EDIT] but in nicer words and would he please reverse the rejection.Anyone take that YOUTUBE RECOMMENDATION survey by the requester JiHoon Lee? I took it and then saw another version of it for 20 cents 10 cents cheaper. I was like cool because I made 10 more cents on the first one. Then I see I had a rejection from that survey. Reason was that he CANCELLED it. I am like hello? How I obviously took it before you cancelled it. How you gonna pull some shady [MOD EDIT] shit like that? What an [MOD EDIT]!
Thanks for posting. Can't believe I actually got it. Was interesting as well.[tr][td][/td][/tr]

Most small requesters who don't use mTurk a lot have no idea that rejections affect turkers as much as they do - I gather it's not explained well on their side of things. Politeness plus a link to how to reverse rejections (that I don't have, but possibly there's someone around who does) can go a long way.Oh I def did already. That is just a ridiculous reason for rejection. I obviously was taking it as he cancelled it lol.
Update: They ordered pizza and I'm slightly less annoyed. Why did today have to be a holiday?
One of the few days out of the year where I need to hide in my office to avoid my in-laws.
It's also the requesters lack of common sense. Most small requesters who don't use mTurk a lot have no idea that rejections affect turkers as much as they do - I gather it's not explained well on their side of things. Politeness plus a link to how to reverse rejections (that I don't have, but possibly there's someone around who does) can go a long way.
tl;dr blame Amazon more so than the requester
I will save this to my bookmarks. Thanks! I am a bit concerned about moving out of California mTurk HIT-wise. But looking at Gold Beach right now. This is a great place to retire. I did with hardly any money and no income besides mturk. If you have any questions, send me a message.
wait til they make you take a test to prove that you are a robot. then shit will be exciting.just spent 6 minutes passing tests to prove im not a robot. thats cool.
