i totally read that as you owned a great vcr and thought to myself... SEE I KNEW i wasnt the only one packratting archaic technologies... wait. thats not.. and then I had to google what all this newfangled stuff was.

my husband has been trying to throw out my vcr for a decade now. I won't budge. It's not a fancy combo one either... when I typed archaic... i meant from back when dvd was still a myth. This was "fancy" in that it had the auto rewind feature
