Normally happens when you either have more than one open, or you've returned one. Work through your queue to find the one open, or you may have to wait until that hit expires.

Speaking of Brian McGee, my all time favorite hit was some author just looking for names for his characters. Originally it was $1/hit just to listen to a few names and pick which one you liked the most. He dropped it down to .25 halfway through the day but still it was butter.

I get it though, it's hard to come up with a name like James Bond or Max Power or Deckard Caine... or just Conan.
