Horrible day at the volunteer place where they didn't do their job - and let someone drove away with their three kids --despite having just shot up.
I saw them, later, by the side of the road (they are ALSO homeless) and called the cops and the cops dithered long enough for them to drive away (40 minutes).

I know it's a Friday night and all. But this is a rural county. And those were young kids (all three under 9).
