My deeply spoiled betta in her new planted 3gal
Thank you for giving your betta a nice spacious place to swim in. People think you can keep them in half a gallon of water and it's just not true.

psssst, no don't look. I don't want anyone thinking I am doing something responsible, so pretend I'm not talking to you. So, after starting the installer it gives me 3 options -download, modify and uninstall. I know i don't want to uninstall, so am I downloading again?
Yeah you want to download the new version... the modify option is there if you want to switch to another version of ahk (your probably dont... but just in case you were having a problem with some scripts running correctly on an x64 build you could switch to an x86 instead, that sort of thing)

Don't forget to update at least once a month.

It's so bizarre to me that people keep them in tiny bowls without enrichment--they're funny, clever fish who need room to breathe and play and guard their territory and hide and etc. I wish fish stores would stop selling the tiny bowls.

Part of the reason is the myth that they live in rice paddies only a couple of inches deep. What they forget to mention is that these rice paddies are huge so the fish have a lot of space to roam even if the water it's not all that deep. And yeah what pet stores do to them is really just sad.

My grumpster is in a 5 gal. I have a problem with diatoms atm because he ate all the ramshorns in the tank, I need a nerite but the only place to get on is Petco and they looked dead or dying. I dont shop at petsmart anymore after I got into a very heated argument with the lady working the fish department when I overheard her telling someone a 1 gal unheated was fine for a betta. /end rant

First thing I'd try is installing it in another browser.
I just saw this response... I only Chrome, EVERYTHING is set up with Chrome... It's never been an issue for me in the past 3 years. What browser should do you think I should try? Firefox?

Yeah I only go to the pet stores when I know what I'm going to buy. The employees don't know anything about fish, which isn't really their fault the training they receive is pitiful.
I have gotten nerites from Petco and mine are doing really well a year later. But it varies a lot from store to store how they're kept.
