We had The KFC / AW one where I lived in Wisconsin. I loved it. Where I live in IL, they have the KFC/LJS. There's also a KFC / Pizza Hut one too.

That should be at least 5,000 Square Feet.

No one knows, honestly. The process is random as far as we peons can tell. You can probably better your chances by keeping a consistently high approval rating (and minimizing rejections), but aside from that there's not much else.

edit: With that said, there are batches that people claim led them to getting Masters, but the problem with that is you just don't know which batch decides that.

yeah and maybe random types of hits but after 106K hits complete I don't even know anymore. No Master's for me and 99.91% approval rating thus far. I've given up on trying to figure it out.
