I have a beer delivery coming in today. That means I'll almost certainly drink instead of work. My rational side (the Rider saying I should work) will lose the battle against my emotional/subconscious side (the Elephant which is saying, "Fuck it; just booze it up). So, with a bit of irony, I thought I'd post this which explains how to change for the better (which I'm not going to do today).
