I hiiighly recommend using scraper. HM and TM are good for the requesters you already know, but Hit Scraper finds the good requesters you don't know about. about 95% of the hits I do, I get from scraper

we talking batches or high paying? i used to to .10 and min 50.. but most of em were not green, i dont mess with less than green

get a mouse that supports your pinky finger.. that almost always makes me quit working when that goes out. i got logitechs kb rocks (k350) but miss my old mouse with pinky rest.
