Saltwater erodes things really fast, too. Gotta keep that in mind. If you have a desalination setup though it might be worth it.

Yes, water is a big deal. Have you thought about the weather in your lighthouse? That flag got all kinds of ripped up when the last hurricane came through.

I'd be in favor of building a personal shelter around or near the lighthouse..something really sturdy. You could keep the supplies inside the lighthouse and then retreat to higher ground if anything happens. Not a lot of space in there. Or you could fortify around it with materials gathered from nearby. If there were a cave anywhere around that would also be useful.

Yeah that would be a good solution. I guess you'd just keep it running all the time and collect as much good water as possible, in case anything happens to it. I found some cheap ones on Amazon. BEZOS. I wonder what his zombie plan is. Take off in his helicopter to his secret bunker? I want to be with him when the end comes.

its not completely terrible!.... in small quantities..... lol. i couldnt eat them like m and m's but ill eat one or two! lol i like the pumpkin shaped ones i think theyre cute looking!

they're cute but they always just taste like wax to me. I tried some apple pie ones and they tasted good but I also almost threw up on the free sample lady that gave it to me because I have this weird thing with textures 'matching' the flavor and something about the combination of candy corn texture with apple pie made me want to hurl
