There's a difference between mentioning you use use something and gleefully advertising it daily. I don't remember anyone ever advertising TO like that (not even Tribune.)

I'm thinking of removing TO from the requester review color calculations and TV's pay scale rating so the colors would only be based on the average reported hourly time.

Thoughts?

Since it's already in there, any chance of giving us the option to 'include TO' or not?
