Entitlement. I deal with it every single day in my job. And people always want me to change the "rules" to suit their needs, forgetting that I am, by law, required to apply the same standards to everyone. But, they are SPECIAL.

(If I don't use the same standards for everyone, I can lose my license and my ability to work this job, so yeah, I am NOT bending the rules for anyone!)
