Though it's a bit late, probably, just wait until it expires, if you have to, and message them, explaining what happened (since it's supposed to kick you after 30 seconds of inactivity). They're a good group and will likely make a HIT to reimburse you.

Ya a few minutes after I posted, I got an update that I timed out but they would still pay me for the work I had done so far.

They're usually pretty active and communicate well. I've never had a problem they haven't fixed or reimbursed me for.
