I used to butter the outside of the bread when I made grilled cheese but now I just melt the butter in the pan and cook it on a lower temp

And THEN it gets terrible. And then you're depressed. And then you get surveys asking why you're so depressed.

I sometimes gauge my mental health from surveys... "hey, I haven't had to select strongly disagree for 'I seldom feel blue' in a while!"
