omg the vets sent a sympathy card with a pawprint of my lil ole lady and I'm crying like a fool.

I can't get the interface to load on my chromebook lol. I probably should invest in a Windows laptop next. This Chromebook has been sooo good to me though. only 199 dollars and has lasted me about 4 years!

I find it hard to imagine doing this on anything but a desktop with multiple screens, though technically you can have multiple screens on some laptops, but at least one of them is going to be small.

I am already thinking about adding a third screen.

Hello all. How is everyone doing?

Mturk sucks right now and it has a tendency to effect my over all mood

That happens to me weekly. I just go up to the Tamper Monkey, toggle the on off for everything there, then relaunch the browser. 9/10 it works for me. Other times I wait 10 minutes. Other people may have better answers.

Ok thanks for the advice, i'll give that a shot once i finish this batch i'm on.

I'm on a like 8 year old laptop that we changed the hard-drive in (to an SSD) with a side screen.

It's defo different than my desktop, but it isn't bad at all.

Oh that sucks. I am just getting back into doing mturk. I still need to get to 1k or whatever so I can start getting better hits. Im still about 300 hits behind though. :/

It also doesnt help that I have to do my hits on a tablet since my laptop is messed up. But I am planning to build me a pc soon.

Thanks, I'm safe from both fires, but I'm particularly subject to ill effects from the smoke. My lungs are fine, but by heart ain't great and the lungs need the heart, so things that normal people can power through make me feel like I have a flu.

It's a lot better for me than the people who got burned out, though.

A refurbished thinkpad is a pretty decent deal. Depending on the model, they're indestructible as well
