I have to make them for every single family gathering. I don't mind because it gets me out of having to make anything else. I always bitch about how hard they are to peel, lol.

I don't think I'm fundamentally opposed to making a turkey, but by my advanced age I never have and now it's become a life goal. To avoid making a turkey.

i have a hack for that!
if you add vinegar to your water when you cook your eggs it helps break down the shell making it easier to peel! im not sure of the ratio of water to vinegar though.

easy peel eggs....boil your water FIRST....then drop your eggs into water boil exactly 13 mins...drop in ice bath for 5 mins....easy peel everytime your welcome:thumbup:

I am going to try this with very fresh eggs. If it works with them then it's the golden touch.

I buy eggs from a neighborhood kid who sells them (he has chickens in his back yard). But when I make devilled eggs I always have to get store bought so they'll peel.

I work as a chef when im not turking it works if you time everything right when i boil eggs i do them in large batches and dont have time to waste peeling i have tried it all and this is the best and easiest way imo

Actually fresh eggs are harder to peel no matter what....leave them in the in the fridge for a few days or use store bought older ones they always peel easier
