That's my exact thoughts! Guess it's my fault for marrying a guy older than me and set in his ways. (just 11 years so not bad lol!)
I recently dated someone who was 11 years younger than me and it was a nightmare. Not sure age had anything to do with it, though.
I leave mine at the default, 3000 for HF and 1500 for HC

Do you find, running both HF and HC, works pretty decent? I only use HC, and have so many scripts loaded, wasn't sure about adding HF to the mix. Right now I'm running HC at 1300 ms, and it holds, if just have a few HITs active
