Hey all. Different topic but if anyone has been thinking about an Ancestry DNA test, well worth it. I was adopted and was given one last year for Christmas. I now have 6 half siblings, one 3/4 brother, relatives on 5 continents, double cousins and all kinds of goodies to spend hours joking about. This year, the kids are getting me new seeds so we can plant them and grow a different family tree. Lol.

I know how you feel. My mom was 18 when she had me and always looked a bit young. And, since she was very skinny and had long hair, she was a lot of guys' "type". When I was 16 or 17, I grew up pretty quickly, physically. So, we'd go to the store or, walk down the road, for whatever reason, and my friends would ask who the chick was, and her friends would ask if she was cheating on my sister's dad. It was always awkward.

I feel like that situation could be me and my son when he is older, I am constantly told I look younger than I am and I am only 5'2" to boot lol. My son is only six and almost to the top of my shoulder

I'm thinking he's on a lunch break. And I'm thinking if I'm a UPS driver I hate this new technology since anyone can call my boss and tell him my truck is stuck in one place.

It's a perfect example of too much info imo. We already get a time slot. Why do we need this? I feel like in most cases it does nothing except makes us unhappy and demanding.

Don't think I'd like the idea of being under that much surveillance by everyone when trying to do my job. Funny they take their time with their own deliveries... the railroads usually put UPS/Fedex/USPS stuff on the highest priority.

In relation to today's poll, I gargled with hydrogen peroxide for the first time ever yesterday (and dumped some in my ears last week). At first it didn't taste like anything then it was so gross I almost puked but it seems to have helped my sinus infection or strep throat or whatever I have.
I have health insurance and last time I went to urgent care a few years ago they looked at me for one second to tell me nothing was wrong (and charged me $450) so I'm not doing that again!

These dogs....went to let them out and realized I didn't see our little one anywhere and started thinking she got out of the fence somehow or something, look everywhere, start freaking out and then I look in my son's room (I close his door so the dogs won't get in there) and she is at the top of the stairs chewing up the carpet >.<

lol! My ex's dad just had an oops baby. I didn't realize having grandkids and a baby of a similar age was so common!

my brother and one of our aunts were born a week apart lol. My late grandfathers last wife was the same age as my mom. Not a fun family dynamic for us lol
