Scheduled Launch

• Agents are active during 3 hour windows. If you respond outside a 3 hour window since the task was posted, the agent will not necessarily respond to your request.
• Tasks will be launched in batches of 100 during set 3 hour windows everyday.
  The hours of active tasks will be from 6am-12am everyday.
  3 hour windows of activity (Launch of tasks-End of Agent Activity):
  6am-9am, 9am-12pm,12pm-3pm,3pm-6pm,9pm-12am

When: When working on task and an agent has not responded outside the set 3 hour window
What to do: Submit the HIT

Since it's currently not during an active window. I don't think you're supposed to submit them. All times are EST.
