I think I've been having exactly the same problem you had, and spoke to Allie about it. What kind of ISP info did you have to give them? Just the ISP's name, or .........

I did not communicate with her after she sent that email. Whatever was fixed happened on their end, so I'm not sure exactly how.

anyone have a requester number for salathegroup?i tried looking on audiokite and a forum search and i got Bupkis! i tried taking their qual test yesterday and got distracted by my little one im hoping theyll let me retake the qual even though youre only allowed to take it once? anyone have experience with that? haha :sweatsmile:
