You should do one, just so that you know what you're missing. Some are a bit gross, if the inside of humans is something that bothers you. But, just like anything, you get desensitized pretty quickly.

My theory is they just don't understand turking/computers/what have you. Oh - this should take a minute to complete? 1 minute timer!

Eventually, it stops looking like people bits and looks more like a pink background with red bits. After a few, you end up mostly focusing on just the tools.

Nope. It's optional. Use it when you feel the need. No other requirements, as far as comments. If it's a critical near miss or, fail, definitely comment as to why. I use that optional comment area partly for my own notes, which, if worded well, I just leave there.

You can skip bits, if you want, as long as you don't miss any action. Use the FF 10sec button. That's why it's there. You don't have to watch it all in real-time. Just grade accurately and you're fine.

Just so you know, I tend to go for the lower paying CSats, when I do them. Then you don't get 8min vids and the hourly is basically the same, regardless of the length of the video.
