I feel for ya. I had a similar situation in a place I lived. worrying about water damage all night is not fun. I still get a touch of anxiety every time it rains.

it's wonderful. I used to get it at school all the time. I've seen it once since then in the frozen section at Walmart and accidentally melted a plate cooking it.

if a dude can make HITs and get people to bake his cakes....idk why you couldn't make a HIT to come over and decorate your tree??
