Actually, you can make a nice steak sauce out of ketchup. You saute it in the pan you cooked the steak in til it browns a bit. It's a learned, practiced thing cooks can do.

I've got a decent ear for sound, and I'm wearing studio reference headphones. Makes me nervous that the first four sounded *identical*, right down to slight hisses, popped letters, etc.

I think a lot of times they use the same clip for both to develop a score for each worker. If a worker consistently picks that one sounds better than the other when they are identical, their opinion means less when they make tweaks.

I would expect them NOT to come to my house for breakfast. But Brits eat all kinds'a oddities for breakfast. Like left over curry or fried everything in the kitchen (a fry-up), or that smelly shriveled preserved fish (kippers) they fry and actually think is edible for breakfast. Gag. The perfect thing for a hangover. Personally I'm doing good to manage a milky, sweet coffee....providing I can find the kitchen, that is.
