It's just part of a small sacrifice to keep the evil spirits at bay. Every turk worker who wishes good Sergey Fortune sacrifices one hit per day that is underpaid and frustrating. Your Racy hits are kept in a jar, and released to the spirits when the qual batches drop. If you haven't harvested enough positive energy you won't get the qual.

I'm new and I'm having difficulty choosing which batches to do. I read some people say you shouldn't do under 0.10 but I'm not sure? Should it vary or do you have a set minimum in mind?

Its really less important how much the batches pay, and more important what the requester's rating is. I only do large batches for requester's that have a 4.00 Fair rating or higher.

That being said, its not uncommon for me to do 0.04 cent batches. Of course i prefer it when its 0.20 or 0.30 cent batches.
