I think they can ask but, not require for completion, or compensation of the HIT, not including bonus. I think that's their loophole.
Been almost a year since I looked at the TOS though. So, I could be entirely wrong.

Technically, probably. Practically, probably not......however, depending on the photos, it may be agin the law, at least in some places....and further, do you want whatever it is to follow you around the rest of your life? If you don't care, then jump right in face first--remembering that's a good way to break a nose and get blood on a good shirt.
