Anyone else just get overwhelmed this time of year? Just went to an out-of-town Christmas family party this last weekend (they made Ropa Vieja...yummmm) and I have 3 I am either hosting or attending between Saturday and Christmas, but where I have to bring several dishes even if I'm not hosting. I was looking at the grocery list and realizing how much time and money I am AGAIN putting into this season and I just want to crawl into a hole and hide. Every year, same story.
Plus I hate cooking. Except we are having mexican foods at our party, so that's at least delicious.

Just bring store bought cookies to all the parties. Last year I had Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and New Years Eve at my house and I spent hundreds on food (didn't even invite that many people).
