A lot of times the batch number get stuck and there's way less than what is actually showing.

There's a lot of back story. Have you not watched Lost? You should watch Lost. There are shows that are slightly better, but Lost is more than worth watching. I didn't watch it until after the series was finished, so I got to binge watch it when it was done. I burned it up. I think you'll like it.
