I've smoked a couple of different strains from dispensaries but I'm in KY and it was brought from OR and I have zero idea what strains they were or what they did or whatever. I've had a few gummy bear edibles too, those didn't trigger one but they were super expensive and not at all easy to get.

Sometimes I actually get overwhelmed at dispensaries because there is so much, so many people, etc. Edibles are one of the most mellow, easy to handle usually so thats a good starting point. Vape pens are good too. I'd mail you all sorts of goodies if it weren't so illegal still. Come to MI?! lol

I know lots of people are happy using weed. But I'm not. I use food as my drug of choice and I don't mix my psychoactives. Chips and chocolate it is.

I've cut back so much on wine drinking that food is all I have left. How does one deal with emotions non-destructively?

I'm bipolar, so it definitely won't let me get completely off meds unfortunately :/ it used to really help with my anxiety though before it suddenly started making it worse
