Y'all, eggs are really kinda safe in a raw, uncooked state, Just so you know. Even the ones that get fucked by commercial washing are pretty good at being clean if uncracked.

oh, okay, duly noted. I was really surprised to find out how long non-commercial eggs last - I'd always assumed eggs needed to be treated like milk, you know?

I left mine in the car overnight when it was like 50f out, cooked em the next day, they were fine. Test them, get a pot of water and drop them in. If the float, they're good. If they sink, throw em out.

I've eaten more raw cookie dough in my life than actually baked cookies. never gotten sick. I think it's all a giant conspiracy to keep me from enjoying eating my raw cookie dough straight from the roll like it's a candy bar :thumbup:

A runny egg yolk is fine. A slimy egg white on a sunny side up egg isn't.
