04/04 - More Fours For Monday!

Is it just me or has MTurk really slowed down in the last month or so? I was making up to $200/week and now I'm struggling to make $120.

March was my best month, making over $3000. Made a lot the first 2 weeks. Got slower the last 2 weeks.
With how the last 3 days have been, I'm ready to quit though.
Absolutely horrendous.

good morning! So the GOOD NEWS is that it turns out Google uses Appen to get a lot of the Endor recoding jobs done now. I got invited for the project this morning.

the BAD NEWS is that the online platform they created for it doesn't work for some reason and I spent an hour trying to make it work. I messaged appen, now I'm waiting to hear back.

I couldve just been turking instead.

so what did I miss this morning?

https://greasyfork.org/en/scripts/14823-new-hit-monitor-v2 will work in FF and Chome. I'm not sure about Safari. I never tried it.

Oh thanks that's even better. I only asked about safari because it said it didn't work in FF. Perfect!

Yup. Closed quals did me good.
February is a close second in terms of earnings though.

Theres no steady flow of good batches coming in. I think thats the difference maker.

10 seconds is a long time in the turk world.

Yeah but Amazon seems to think I'm doing too many page requests. Thing is I've cut back all scripts to just TurkMaster, HitDB mk II and HitScraper running and with TM I only run 6 pandas atm at 10 seconds each and I still hit Exceeded Maximum Page Request errors every 2 to 3 page clicks. It all started after the supposed upgrade. I also have to log back into Amazon every 2 to 3 hours too.
