That just happened to me too. I took the code from the end of the URL and used that, and sent them a message about it.

Edit: And they just got back to me about it! They said it's fine and apologized for the glitch. That was fast.

Hey folks, just wanting to update on that Amazon employee messaging me last night. They just proved their authenticity to me, so I asked if I could talk to them a bit more in-depth about all the suspension stuff. Pretty excited to have someone from Amazon reaching out to a forum user.
