I think something on my end is making their stuff throw up a red flag. Could be the only explanation I would believe at this point. But yeah, I've proven my identity to them multiple times now (when setting up Payments, then the 1st time this happened, and again tonight) so the problem doesn't seem to be with that. Too bad they won't reveal anything to me! I'll definitely be documenting all this for the guy who contacted me the other day. There's no reason this should be happening to anyone.

Perhaps you should be a bit wary of this individual - seems if he is supposedly a liaison he would know about all this stuff (?)
