Any idea why they block?

I'd contact them if you suddenly got blocked, and were doing the HITs as requested. Their page states:

Why was I blocked and what can I do about it?
We take blocks very seriously. We only block workers who are repeatedly abusing or scamming our HITs. No one is blocked by accident.
If you believe you have been unfairly blocked, please contact us at mturk@csats.com and explain your situation.

Blocked me too several months back.

I thought PC would turn black if you were blocked, purple if you don't have a qual? I can see the HITs on Mturk and I've got all the quals. Any other way to find out if I'm blocked other than relying on Panda Crazy's color system?

It's been extremely random with them.
Like I've known other people on here that I would swear on my life aren't fucking around and scamming or whatever but still got blocked.

Gotta be something "triggering" their system falsely. IDK

I have to say this is the first snow of the season that should put down more than 1-2 inches, and we only had one that even did that. Not too shabby for nearing mid-January.

Purple is now both unqualified and blocked and you have to do the legwork to figure out yourself which one it is.

Yeah, I guess they blocked me then. That really sucks. I work very carefully on my HITs and have a pretty clean record after 4 years on the platform. The only thing I can come up with goes back to those 7 cent batches they used to post. HITs were quick, but they insisted on having this little trial in the beginning of each one to make sure you knew what mesh or suturing looked like.

Well, after about 100 times suffice to say it's redundant, and also irrelevant to the content of the actual HIT. So I'd just tab-space hero my way through the unnecessary trial portion and carefully rate that actual task they were asking me to do.
