It was. I emailed them more than 2 times yesterday, so I hit the spam list for an undetermined amount of time. #1 tip is to not be in a rush with these guys otherwise you will give up quickly.

I was using rice sticks - so I'm not totally surprised. It was a recipe from a blog - and, honestly, I try very hard to never use blogs for recipes. But it seemed easy - and allrecipes makes hunting veggie instapot hard.
anyway, it was a sort of pad thai.
