It seams so. It says that they only reject you if you make too many mistakes. The choices are pretty subjective. Hard to fail HIT I’d say

Not professionally. Had a short wave for a while after I left the service and took a listen to the numbers stations now and then. Obviously sending messages in whichever code/cipher.

Yes, I have some ones hoping to catch with better payout, but I am also only at like 4500 HITs so far, so also working on numbers.

Well, I'm a pretty fast typer but it still took me about a hour to do it. $9 for a hour of work isn't too bad. Tedious, but the pay isn't terrible, and on a slow day like this, it's just the thing to fill up the time.
