how bad are product rnr? I know the pay is bad, but they are safe - they just take away the qual (and they are autogranted quals, no?)

True, but frequent error that people who turk regularly should be aware of and not returning the HIT over. Like take 5 seconds to figure out if you can get it to work before declaring it broken.
