It's safe. I think a lot of people don't like Inquisit surveys, especially if they only have one monitor, because it takes up your whole screen. I usually do them, though.

I have had to use it for several different surveys (usually on Prolific) It can be a bit buggy once you are finished, some have had to restart their computer because it locks up, I know it messes with my browser and have to restart that, but ya to my knowledge it is safe.
