Unanimous? They have to because every time, people don't show up to the "activity". Not sure if you've done those before but, I usually get in right away(when I get the HIT) and claim my spot to prevent that sort of thing. If I'm talking about the wrong HIT, ignore me.

Also, if you get these on a PandA, they will probably be full. The only reason they usually get sent back is because they're already full.
