Hey, i have a really important question for anyone who uses usertesting.com. Are they only using the chrome extension now? Has anyone done a test today with the normal usertesting recorder on a PC?

seriously can someone answer my question before i pull all my hair out?

I think they are officially switching to the chrome extension, and the chrome extension tests have never worked for me.

I'm trying to re-apply due to a sound or mic error, and I cannot get the test to start for the life of me. I'm in chrome and I have deleted and re downloaded it multiple times. I don't know if this helps, but there seems to be a problem of some sort going on.

Do you know why you can't get their extension working? I don't do usertesting but I might be able to help get that working for you since I know a fair amount about extensions.

Right after I sent that, the recorder popped up and decided to work. I only have access to the downloaded recorder and that is what I just used to complete my application a moment ago. I did download the chrome extension from your post just now, but I do not think I have access to it. I really hope you're able to get this figured out so you can continue to work for them.

I love Rural King and TSC. My boyfriend always hates having to drag me out during chick season. He says I can't have more animals, but I'm trying to turn this place into a farm.
