Ever try all night to find a corkscrew in college and give up, only to wake up in the morning and realize it was a screw cap, if you had just removed the foil!?


You only make that mistake once. Then, because it's the early 90's, you have to actually research in a library, 50 alternate ways to open a wine bottle. I can open one without tools at this point. Even the cork kind sometimes.

I know like 15 or 20, off-hand. Had to list them one time for a study. Trivial things come in handy at the oddest times.

Ya know you've hit the bottom of the drinking pool when you're standing in the store trying to decide between the screw on cap, the the plastic cork and the box with the plastic deflatable liner...and it finally comes down to which is the cheapest....ah, to be young again. And have these complicated decisions.

Ugh. Regardless of how many you actually have, they can't effect you more than one would or you can't have a wet lunch.
