The post explains it a really high level, but the original plan was going to be a disaster. Users generally aren't very technically inclined, as soon as the daily free tier was hit they tended to get pissed when the API said "this requester has no ratings" and then they did, in fact, have a ton of ratings.................... If there's something I can clear up to help please let me know. I don't venture out very often so generally I just live w/ the feedback I get on TV as far as clarity/planning/etc. Since most of those people get my every thought on design/planning/etc day to day I'm sure there's a lot of information I could add to fill in the gaps, I'm just not sure what it is
