ANyone know when the first one was posted? think I did it but I'm not sure. No HDB so I need to go day by day but it'd be nice to have an idea lol

I have a question. I am in my 10 day probation period. Is it true I have a fake 100% approval rate until my probation is over. I just got my first rejection and need to up my numbers so I am not at a 90% approval rate.

I don't think it's the first 10 days alone, something to do with how many hits submitted as well but I don't remember the exact wording. (Looking for it.)

Was it a legit rejection, you could try and reach out to the requester and ask to redo it if they'll overturn.

I don't know what shows to the requesters, but I screwed up on a survey during my first week and got rejected. My approval rating was still at 98% at that point, so it didn't make much difference, but it did show in my dashboard as a rejection and 98% approval rating.

I did. They said they can't. It was for a survey where I missed a code. They said they would do a redo Hit tomorrow for the pay. I told them I didn't care that much about the pay. I also sent them the links for requesters on how to overturn rejections.

My suggestion would be to ask if they can do a makeup hit that pays $0, if it's approved, they overturn the rejection, thereby not costing them anything extra. They most certainly can overturn a rejection though.

Note that a Worker's approval rate is statistically meaningless for small numbers of assignments, since a single rejection can reduce the approval rate by many percentage points. So to ensure that a new Worker's approval rate is unaffected by these statistically meaningless changes, if a Worker has submitted less than 100 assignments, the Worker's approval rate in the system is 100%.

You're a grizzled warturk vet though with padding that can survive that easily. I've gotten a total of 4 rejections in my time, all overturned as they were code issues or otherwise.

You could use something like zenmate to change your IP to something else in the US.

That's not the best one, as it can cause your browser to get pretty laggy. I'm not sure if there's a better one.
