Getting up every 2 hours to load the wood stove just in case we lose power. Not looking forward to that or the drive into work tomorrow

I live an hour away from home and get off work after 11pm. It scares me to think about my car not starting.

I hate commuting. Bane of my existence. But in no way, shape, or form do I ever want to live in Kokomo. Been driving it for 17 years now. Most of my drive is small state roads in the middle of no where. Do you have good roads?

10 miles of crap country roads then I take 70 straight into downtown Indy, so it's really just 10 miles of yuck.

Well, if she still makes you come in while having that, maybe "accidentally" cough and vomit in her office. She'll let you take plenty of sick days after that.
