So, on Amazon Payments, when I view the last year of activity I can see everything fine. When I go to download (Jan 1st 2018 to Dec 31'st 2018) it opens up a new page and says:
"Cannot serve download request at this time. Please try later."

wtf? Is this always broken or something? If there is a better thread to put this in, I'll move the question over.

its broken. I got nowhere contacting support multiple times. it was gnarley.

i have heard of at least one other person having the same problem as well, so I doubt its a one off.
