Morning and hai Hey, since you seem to be the User Testing expert here kind of, have you had difficulties with your tests this week? At least they said they'd pay, but my last test said it was recording, but never uploaded, so I'm kind of loathe to do more. They sent an email saying they're working on it, and it's some kind of a bug with the recorder.

omg!!!! this happened to me!!!!

it happened 3 days ago. a test was uploading and there was an error. I actually let it go since on that particular day I had done like tons of tests and I was too tired to complain.

However, NORMALLY when something goes wrong, I alert the staff about it.

Thats good that you reported it. Normally when something like that happens, they just give you the money for the test with a week, so just wait for them to figure everything out. They've always been really nice and understanding about stuff like that especially when the eror is on their end.

Definitely keep taking tests though because I've done a lot more tests after that and they uploaded fine.
