i mean it seems like he posts them every friday im just not making $100 today like i was planning on! haha i thought i was doing them carefully but i guess i like the AI responses more than the human ones.

EDIT I got it because something happened mid stream and I effed it up. Funny thing is, I didn't redo it for almost 6 months. I forgot I had even tried the first time.

theres also water buffalo milk cheese that they carry at whole foods! its a mozarella cheese. but im not sure how similar it would be in enzymes to regular cows milk.

when i was taking agg classes we went to a water buffalo farm! the milk is so full of fat you could just put it straight into your coffee and its just wonderful.

If you get it at a large grocery store, you can usually find it at a deal. They always stock way more than they can sell of buff mozz in brine. People are unsure of it, because it's not shredded, I guess. But, if I had a nickel for every time someone said, "you can use that for pizza?" and looked at me like I was buying a goat head, rather than cheese, I'd have... about 87 cents.
