The key is not heating it up too much. Then it taste burnt. Coffee has to stay under a certain temp, can't remember what that is.

I regularly set my french press up overnight and let it brew AT ROOM TEMPERATURE and then I drink it :}

Yes!! I do cold brew almost all year round and... also I just drink a really disgusting amount of coffee so I've always got some brewing, it gets cold, I don't heat it. But I also use locally roasted beans and grind them myself, probably makes a big difference.

Yes!! I do cold brew almost all year round and... also I just drink a really disgusting amount of coffee so I've always got some brewing, it gets cold, I don't heat it. But I also use locally roasted beans and grind them myself, probably makes a big difference.

I bought a cold brew press (idk the actual name for it) last summer and used el cheapo coffee, cafe bustelo because its stronger, a little simple syrup, little milk and ice. Perfecto.

Cafe Bustello is THE BEST. I use it in our espresso machine. You might be thinking of a french press? A glass beaker with a little plunger?

I'm a bit of a coffee geek. Cold brew I just throw grinds into a glass jar, let it sit overnight, filter it. Cafe Bustello absolutely got me through college.
